A snoot light light creates a very tight concentrated beam of light with no spill over of light into the wider beam. This enables you to light just the subject and by using a fast shutter speed the sensor in your camera will only pick up the areas that are lit, giving that footage where just the subject is lit and everything else is black.
As well as the two default output settings of 1150 lumens and 550 lumens the SN10 features stepless dimming. This allows the diver to adjust the brightness in 1% increments to get just the right amount of light for the shot.
